{"id":7392,"date":"2022-07-19T09:24:32","date_gmt":"2022-07-19T07:24:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viap.es\/els-hotels-confien-en-la-robotica-per-millorar-els-processos-i-lexperiencia-de-client\/"},"modified":"2022-09-06T11:24:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-06T09:24:36","slug":"els-hotels-confien-en-la-robotica-per-millorar-els-processos-i-lexperiencia-de-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.viap.es\/ca\/els-hotels-confien-en-la-robotica-per-millorar-els-processos-i-lexperiencia-de-client\/","title":{"rendered":"Els hotels confien en la rob\u00f2tica per millorar els processos i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de client"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els hotelers valoren molt favorablement la capacitat que la rob\u00f2tica ofereix en l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de dades, l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 de processos, la reducci\u00f3 de temps d&#8217;operaci\u00f3 i la reducci\u00f3 de costos com els m\u00e9s importants, segons un estudi de l&#8217;Institut Tecnol\u00f2gic Hoteler (ITH) cofinan\u00e7at per el Ministeri d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria, Comer\u00e7 i Turisme.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;informe de l&#8217;<strong> Institut Tecnol\u00f2gic Hoteler (ITH)<\/strong> est\u00e0 cofinan\u00e7at pel programa d&#8217;Agrupacions Empresarials Innovadores de la<strong> Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria i de la Petita i Mitjana Empresa (DGPYME)<\/strong> de el Ministeri d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria, Comer\u00e7 i Turisme d&#8217;Espanya.<\/p>\n<p>Segons el ITH l&#8217;ajuda de la<strong> rob\u00f2tica col\u00b7laborativa<\/strong> i la<strong> automatitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> en molts processos de negoci pot fer m\u00e9s competitives a les empreses, gr\u00e0cies a el pes de qu\u00e8 descarreguen als equips humans de treball on no aporten un valor especial.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;estudi ha estat elaborat a<strong> tres fases<\/strong> . La primera, una an\u00e0lisi del que aporta la rob\u00f2tica que avui dia coneixem. La segona, una \u00e0mplia<strong> enquesta<\/strong> i<strong> reunions presencials<\/strong> amb hotelers, sobre els processos en els quals aquesta tecnologia est\u00e0 preparada per implantar-se i ordenar-les per prioritats.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, inclou una<strong> fase pilot<\/strong> en el<strong> Only You Hotel Atocha<\/strong> , Amb la implantaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un robot en les seves instal\u00b7lacions de l&#8217;empresa Futura Viu Technologies. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s corroborar amb dades algunes de les afirmacions de les fases anteriors, tant en processos operatius de gesti\u00f3 com en processos que tenen a veure amb l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 directa a client o a l&#8217;hoste.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia tractar\u00e0 de comprovar l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de el p\u00fablic cap a la rob\u00f2tica en els hotels, mesurar les interaccions dels mateixos, aix\u00ed com el seu impacte positiu en l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia de client, comprovar la utilitat d&#8217;un robot com a punt d&#8217;informaci\u00f3, verificar la seva capacitat per utilitzar par\u00e0metres biom\u00e8trics, recollir leads o registres i mesurar la possibilitat de generar venda creuada.<\/p>\n<p>entre les<strong> conclusions<\/strong> m\u00e9s importants d&#8217;aquest estudi destaquen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El 94.7% dels hotels enquestats considera que l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia dels processos augmentaria considerablement si es automatitzessin.<\/li>\n<li>Els processos operatius on est\u00e0 l&#8217;hotel est\u00e0 m\u00e9s interessat en mesurar s\u00f3n en la satisfacci\u00f3 de client seguit per la conversi\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 en venda estant en tercer lloc el control d&#8217;aforament per les circumst\u00e0ncies actuals de restriccions.<\/li>\n<li>Els hotelers valoren molt favorablement la capacitat que la rob\u00f2tica ofereix en l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de dades, l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 de processos, la reducci\u00f3 de temps d&#8217;operaci\u00f3 i la reducci\u00f3 de costos com els m\u00e9s importants.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e0rees on hi ha m\u00e9s complexitat operacional s\u00f3n neteja i pisos, restauraci\u00f3 i recepci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>A l&#8217;\u00e0rea de recepci\u00f3, els processos administratius de registre i sortida juntament amb els q\u00fcestionaris de qualitat, adquireixen molta import\u00e0ncia quant la possibilitat de ser robotitzats. No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#8217;hoteler matisa que com a ajuda i no com a substituci\u00f3 de recepcionistes.<\/li>\n<li>En l&#8217;\u00e0rea de<strong> guest experience<\/strong> es ressalta la import\u00e0ncia de la rob\u00f2tica en la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;enquestes de satisfacci\u00f3. Les reserves de serveis dins o fora de l&#8217;hotel, la venda creuada i l&#8217;ajuda a l&#8217;recepcionista durant l&#8217;espera de el client amb la idea d&#8217;evitar cues reduir els temps d&#8217;espera.<\/li>\n<li>En l&#8217;\u00e0rea de <strong>neteja<\/strong> i <strong>pisos<\/strong> se li d\u00f3na especial rellev\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;ajuda per al transport de el carro de la netejadora o dels carros de roba de bugaderia, a m\u00e9s de la utilitzaci\u00f3 de robot que ajudin a fer llits i la utilitzaci\u00f3 de visi\u00f3 artificial per la revisi\u00f3 d&#8217;habitacions. La neteja de l&#8217;aire i la log\u00edstica de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;office adquireixen m\u00e9s import\u00e0ncia que la desinfecci\u00f3 i neteja d&#8217;habitacions.<\/li>\n<li>En l&#8217;\u00e0rea de<strong> alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> i<strong> begudes<\/strong> es percep la necessitat de rob\u00f2tica en processos com el cobrament i mostra de men\u00fa. En les entrevistes, l&#8217;hoteler transmet que els processos en els quals interv\u00e9 el cambrer a l&#8217;hora de proximitat a el client, recomanaci\u00f3, log\u00edstica de sortida dels plats des de la cuina, etc, creen certs dubtes de com interactuaria un robot.<\/li>\n<li>En l&#8217;\u00e0rea de<strong> esdeveniments<\/strong> i<strong> sales de reunions<\/strong> , La rob\u00f2tica pot ser \u00fatil en major mesura en el control d&#8217;aforaments i de les dist\u00e0ncies de seguretat i altres mesures de seguretat relacionades amb l&#8217;\u00fas de mascaretes en llocs on sigui obligat\u00f2ria.
